The Training and LMS Coordinator will perform a range of duties to support the Training department. This individual is responsible for helping ensure all training classes (virtual, in-person, or offsite) run smoothly including scheduling, logistics, material readiness, and billing. This position assists management and training team by providing polite, professional assistance via phone, email, and other forms of communication in a helpful and positive presence for Vistex customers and employees. The Training and LMS Coordinator is responsible for the administration of Vistex Academy including maintaining course schedules, registration, content, and various other related LMS-related tasks.

Minimum 2 – 3 years of experience with Learning Management systems (LMS)
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
Experience with scheduling and moderating of meetings/webinars in Microsoft Teams and Zoom.
Advance organization skills and acute attention to details with the ability to handle multiple assignments.
Strong communication (oral and written), problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to collaborate with others at all levels of the organization as well as vendors
Ability to gain new technical skills quickly.
Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work with constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
