- We are looking for a Recruiter who can hire exceptional talent for us across middle and Sr Management levels for our US and EMEA locations
- Full cycle recruitment - sourcing, screening, coordination for interviews, offer discussion and final closure of offers
- Speak about the brand Amagi to candidates
- Interact with hiring managers in US / EMEA, and also coordinate with key stakeholders in India for all hiring processes
- Help build Job Descriptions for key roles in collaboration with HRBPs
- Additionally, responsible for providing HR support - employee relations / queries for US/ EMEA employees (25% role)
Applicants should have at least 5 years of experience in full cycle recruitment, preferably for Media Technology / SaaS organizations. High ownership and accountability, project management skills, ability to collaborate and drive things to closure and high on problem solving. Excellent communication skills is a must.
