Job Description

About the TeamWorks closely with our suppliers to ensure our product quality standards of new and recertified products are enforced and monitored regularly.  Effectively report, monitor and communicate potential risks to our Product team and suppliers. This lead role will Identify issues, coordinate corrective actions with the suppliers and monitor its implementation and effectiveness. Work internally with other departments on field complaints for resolution & monitor its effectiveness. Prepare reports, summary and documents for internal team & external customers.

 

What You Will Do

• Oversee/inspect new incoming assets to ensure products are in accordance to established standards (IQC). Report consolidation.
• Oversee/inspect new product Introduction Inspection with cross functional teams. Document inspection results and drive ODM for improvement.
• Participate in weekly quality meetings and review quality and service reports from vendors. Identify potential quality issues and report internally for escalation.

• Interface with our Supplier organizations to monitor/improve product/process quality.
• Working internally with other departments to identify field issues for resolution and monitor its effectiveness.
• Occasional travel to audit manufacturing facilities (domestic/international)
• Support resource for special projects

About You

• A minimum education level of: High School Diploma
• Years of related work experience: 2~3 years of Quality Control/Quality Assurance in consumer electronics
• Self-motivated & enthusiasm, organize, multi-task and great adaptability
• Mandarin Chinese is a plus
• 4-year degree preferred
