The Marketing Automation Specialist executes and accurately delivers email marketing programs that drive demand in alignment with corporate goals. The objective of the role is to support the end-to-end lifecycle of email marketing campaign creation from design and set-up to final ROI analysis. The candidate should bring a balanced skill set of creative writing aptitude and technical know-how to execute marketing automation programs.

Bachelors or better.
2+ years of experience with marketing automation, Marketo experience is highly preferred.
Proven track record of successfully executing, tracking, and reporting of automated email marketing programs.
Deep technical knowledge of email best practices and A/B testing methodologies within Marketo.
Experience with Salesforce. Marketo Sales Insights within Salesforce is helpful.
Excellent written communication skills.
Follow tight deadlines, organize and prioritize work.
Good interpersonal skills; confidently and professionally interact with teammates and within all levels of the organization.
Capable to identify, analyze, manage and resolve issues logically and systematically.
