The Manager, Event Marketing position supports the planning and execution of events for the Advertising Sales organization and other strategic internal and external business initiatives, while specializing in experiential marketing. This position includes the support and planning of programs to include proposal creation, budget development and reconciliation of each program, and logistics coordination including, but not limited to: venue/virtual platform selection, contract negotiation, promotional strategy, logistics management (i.e. rooming lists, transportation manifests, etc.), staffing schedules and vendor management. This individual must be a team player who can multi-task, work as well independently as they do collaboratively, and is willing to roll up their sleeves and do what it takes to get the job done.
