As a strategist and revenue leader, he has shaped partnerships and commercial models that redefine how audiences and advertisers connect in the modern media landscape.
A trusted voice on the evolution of streaming and ad-supported platforms, Craig brings insight, experience, and vision to every conversation he leads.

Paul Jelinek
Chief Business Officer, EX.CO
Paul Jelinek is a seasoned growth and monetization executive with over 30 years of experience spanning traditional media, digital platforms, and high-growth startups. He has led corporate development, enterprise partnerships, and go-to-market operations for leading companies across the media and technology landscape.
Paul spent more than eight years at Taboola, where he oversaw business development and corporate growth initiatives. Earlier in his career, he held senior roles at Discovery Communications, Nickelodeon, and A&E Television Networks, driving international expansion and digital strategy.
In recent years, Paul has focused on supporting innovative startups and scale-ups. He has served as Chief Commercial Officer at Seeking Alpha and Chief Business Officer at EX.CO, where he helped shape strategy and monetization in the evolving digital media ecosystem.
He holds a B.A. in History from Vassar College and an MBA from NYU’s Stern School of Business. Based in New York, Paul lives with his wife and daughter.

John Marchesini
Co-Founder & Chief Operating Officer, IndiCue
John is Co-Founder and COO of Indicue. Previously, he served in senior executives roles at CBS and FOX in digital and streaming product, monetization, and multi-platform distribution.
He has provided transformational leadership to product, engineering, and distribution teams and served as a senior leader on the launch teams for several start-upstreaming channels. This includes 24/7 news channel (LiveNOW from FOX), FOX SOUL, and 17 local news channels. Reporting to the Chief Digital Officer, Mr. Marchesini significantly expanded FOX Television's owned and operated audience across multiple streaming platforms, including web, mobile, and Connected TV (CTV) apps.
Prior, John served as vice president of product at Paramount Global where he led the ideation, creation, and implementation of multi-platform digital strategies for a portfolio of entertainment and media brands. This included redefining the ad-supported streaming video business at “Dr. Phil”, "Inside Edition," and “Entertainment Tonight.” Under his leadership, ETonline.com eclipsed all other entertainment news brands in total monthly video streams.
Prior to ViacomCBS, Mr. Marchesini spent 5 years with "The Hollywood Reporter," culminating as director, digital products leading a cross-functional team. Reporting to the Chief Creative Officer, he was instrumental in the publication's digital relaunch, including the implementation of new content management platforms, mobile apps, and video products.

Geoff Spence
Vice President, SpringServe, Revenue, Magnite
Magnite is the Largest Independent Sell Side Advertising Platform. As Vice President, SpringServe, Revenue at Magnite, Geoff oversees the company's US West Coast team that helps ad-supported Streamers maximize the value of their Live/Linear, VOD & Native assets across CTV and OTT environments. His team works with the largest streaming companies in the world (eg Disney, Paramount, Walmart/Vizio, LGAds etc) to develop monetization strategies and drive technology adoption.
Geoff previously spent 6 years at SpotX, which was acquired by Magnite, focusing on business development and later leading the West Coast Platform Sales team. Prior to SpotX, Geoff established a foundation in broadcast media at Channel 4 Television Corp in London and managed US operations for Sporting News Media’s soccer property Goal.com in New York.

Sridhar Sinnasamy
Senior Vice President, Sales, Amagi
Sridhar has over 15 years of experience in technology and business development, primarily in mobile, video and embedded systems. At Amagi, he is the sales leader for North America, with the overall responsibility of sales strategy, customer acquisition, client relationships, business expansion and organization development. Earlier, he led the global pre-sales function, and took up the role of the sales leader for US (West) before assuming his current position.
Sridhar has a background in software engineering and spent the initial years of his career developing technology products for global customers. This proved to be a tremendous asset as he transitioned to client-facing roles, where he could simplify customer requirements, and provide them technology solutions to solve complex business problems. He grew Amagi’s revenues in the US by nearly three times, making it the largest region by revenue for the company’s cloud solutions.
Prior to Amagi, Sridhar worked at Aricent Communications, Alcatel Lucent, Audio Codes and Ittiam Systems. He studied BTech in Electronics and Communication from Anna University.
He is fond of driving and is always curious to explore remote destinations.
