Allan McLennan

Allan brings to the table over three decades of proven and evolving business management and creative leadership across the global media and entertainment landscape. His work has placed him in the Fortune 500, where he has deployed offerings on five continents and in 17 countries, providing services to over a billion households and devices through technology providers, studios, broadcasters, and advertisers worldwide (i.e., Ericsson, Microsoft, Siemens, Disney, Spielberg/Amblin, Apple, Comcast, Deluxe, Sony, NBCU, DreamWorks, Amazon Studios, BBC, Sky, ProSiebenSat, Globecast, Disney, Rai, et al.) and more.
This experience has placed Allan in leadership positions, including recent president of a thirty-year-old Burbank/Hollywood post production/localization studio—2G Digital Post; North American Head of M&E with 110k employee global SI (Atos); founding president of data leader (NASDAQ: RENT); EVP of television platform technology; co-creator of one of the first global streaming services (Media Station); co-founder of 3D multiuser worlds with Steven Spielberg; and co-producer of an Emmy-submitted television series, which was entirely shot on mobile phones and exclusively aired on the U.S. Sundance channel. This is all in addition to founding and leading PADEM Media Group through eighteen years as an exceptional global business and technology consulting/analyst group.
He holds an MBA in International Strategy (team and behavioral economics), is an extensive global speaker on media ecology, and is a guest lecturer at the Stanford Graduate School of Business. His book, Authority, which he co-authored, rose to the position of #4 on the WSJ Bestsellers list on being and becoming an "authority." He’s the co-creator of five foundational patents for targeted advertising and personalization, and he is a contributing member of industry-leading organizations such as SMPTE, ATAS, HPA, and PGA. He sits on the executive media board of IET (Institute of Engineering & Technology, London) and the board of trustees of CEI (Center of Education Innovation, NYC).
